Fruit and Vegetable intake related to longevity

LOTS of studies provide evidence that physical
activity and fruit and vegetable intake are independently
and jointly related to longevity.

It is estimated that less than 5% of the US population eat the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables each day.

Fruit and vegetable intake as indicated by total serum
carotenoids and physical activity have been identified
as strong predictors of survival in older adults. Individuals aged 65 and older are now the fasting-growing segment of the population.

Did you know that our juices, as re-formulation number 10, have been infused, using a proprietary nano-technology, with three critically important carotenoids: Beta-Carotene, Lutein, and Lycopene.

The combination of low total serum carotenoids
and low physical activity, both modifiable risk
factors, may predict earlier mortality.
