How to consume 30 Fruits and Vegetables Everyday!

How your family can easily consume 19 Fruits and 11 Vegetables per day!!!
Fruits:
Acai, jucara, acerola, apple pear, grape, blueberry, rasberry, prune, strawberry, cranberry, pomegranate, kiwi, cherry, maqui, cupuacu, banana, camu camu and jabuticaba
Vegetables:
Carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato, red pepper, reishi mushroom, purple sweet potato, purple corn, purple carrot, beet, rhubarb, and red cabbage
