1 scoop MonaVie RVL Vanilla Cream Nutrition Shake Mix
4 ice cubes
1 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp. sliced almonds
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 packet stevia
